Orders received during Monday – Saturday before 3:30 PM (Central European Time) are dispatched within the same business day and orders received after 3:30 PM (Central European Time) will be dispatched the following business day. Please note that unexpected delays may occur of which Dexury has no control over and is not responsible for.Â
Please note that we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made. We cannot ship to P.O Boxes as generally shipments require a signature on delivery.

Shipments within Germany usually reach the recipient on the next two working days. The delivery can take place from Monday to Saturday.

Shipping costs for our Metal Wall Decoration
Since the metal decorations are heavier and larger than the packaging for other items from our Dexury shop,
therefore additional costs are inevitable.

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email. We ship with Deutsche Post, DHL & UPS. When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier.
Shipments depart Monday throughout Saturday by 3:30 PM Pacific Standard Time. Products ordered after noon are shipped next day.

We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper’s tracking number which you are provided with when a parcel ships. If you chose shipping internationally, the rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location.

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email.

- When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier, when your order ships.
- Please allow at least 12 hours for the shipper’s website to update before searching for your tracking report.
