We will deliver to you. Our pieces might take longer to get to you if you do not live in Europe. For more details you can check the delivery charge and time on the shipping page. However, please expect a slight delay as courier services are working slower than normal due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Don’t worry! Sometimes, it takes a couple of days to update your shipment status. Email us at info@dexury.de and we will let you know where your package is.

Please take note, we can only track the order if you have selected the option “tracked shipment”.

Since all orders are dispatched from Germany, there are no customs costs or import taxes for you within the EU. However, if the delivery address of the package is outside the EU, you may have to pay customs fees.

If the tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support. We can be reached via mail : info@dexury and will initiate an investigation with the dispatch courier. If the parcel is still on its way to you according to the shipment tracking and this status has not been updated for several days, please contact the courier directly and inquire about the status of your parcel there.
